Information you provide may include your name, email, phone, town, project details, consumption, roof, system and equipment information, plus photos or documents needed for assessment.
Technical data may include IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, cookie identifiers and campaign source where you have consented.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Quotation and contracting: responding to requests and preparing or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Legal and accounting duties: complying with applicable obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Optional marketing and analytics: only with separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
- Security and operation: preventing abuse and protecting systems through legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your data. Where necessary, data may be shared with project teams, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, analytics providers after consent, accounting or technical suppliers and public authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are used.
5. Retention and rights
Uncontracted requests are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Contract, warranty, accounting and security records are retained for the periods required by law or operational need.
You may request access, rectification, erasure where applicable, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority.
6. Cookies and automated decisions
Optional analytics and marketing tools run only after consent. Events must not include names, phone numbers, exact addresses, email or form messages. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
